A LITTLE HELP
I've wrapped up my pilot program to support adult children and their senior parents and now I'm working on iterating it based on what my students said they want more of. The full program will begin the week of January 18th 2021 - Raising Your Momma - A 6 week program for adult children caring for their aging parent to fully embrace role reversal so that they are empowered to tackle the days ahead.
One thing that was common between all of the students was that they appreciated feeling supported and that they weren't alone.
During the pilot, my students discovered that within our group were able to offer suggestions, kind words and also support (i've been there and this is what I did that helped....)
We all get by with a little help from our friends.

I've toyed with the idea of writing my own book - Sh*t My Mom Says. I have tons of content.
