Hi I'm Coach Wendy and I am a lifestyle coach for individuals that are up to their eyeballs caring for an aging loved one and want to get back into being themselves.  Like you, I've felt many of the same things in care-deciding for my mom over the past 9 years.  And that is why as a daughter and also as a coach, I decided to serve individuals who are up to their eyeballs in caring for an aging loved one and want to get back into being themselves.

In the beginning there are lots of questions and unknowns so I've done the problem solving for you and want to share a short cut with you so that you can keep being yourself & it is happy & healthy for everyone.

This is the path that I took 9 years ago with my mom - who is a happy, aging parent and it is also the path that I walk with my clients so that they can orient themselves with everything that's happening with their aging loved one so that they are able to move forward much easier.
